Project Manager, Ventilation and Refrigeration
Job requirements
- DEC in building mechanics or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT software
- ASP health and safety card (training provided by RGCV if needed)
- Driver’s licence

Description of tasks
- Analyzing plans and specifications during the bidding process
- Preparing bids and submitting them through the BSDQ or to private clients
- Attending site visits and being able to determine the required operations
- Meeting with potential clients to offer our ventilation and refrigeration services, being able to scope the work and submit a proposal to the client
- Coordinating the project with general contractors and other subcontractors before work begins.
- Managing the production of fabrication drawings and coordination (CAD, REVIT and BIM)
- Managing and producing shop drawings
- Negotiating purchase prices with the various suppliers for each project
