Job requirements<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • DEC in building mechanics or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and REVIT software<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • ASP health and safety card (training provided by RGCV if needed)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Driver’s licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Description of tasks<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      • Analyzing plans and specifications during the bidding process<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Preparing bids and submitting them through the BSDQ or to private clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Attending site visits and being able to determine the required operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Meeting with potential clients to offer our ventilation and refrigeration services, being able to scope the work and submit a proposal to the client<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Coordinating the project with general contractors and other subcontractors before work begins.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Managing the production of fabrication drawings and coordination (CAD, REVIT and BIM)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Managing and producing shop drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Negotiating purchase prices with the various suppliers for each project<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
