Les propri\u00e9taires ing\u00e9nieux optent pour la g\u00e9othermie, le mode de chauffage et de climatisation le plus efficace au monde. Permettant une diminution des co\u00fbts de chauffage allant de 60% \u00e0 80%.\r\n\r\nAlors que les temp\u00e9ratures ext\u00e9rieures fluctuent selon les saisons, les temp\u00e9ratures souterraines restent constantes et mod\u00e9r\u00e9es. La g\u00e9othermie utilise cette \u00e9nergie solaire gratuite emmagasin\u00e9e dans le sol : en hiver, elle puise la chaleur pour la transf\u00e9rer \u00e0 la maison, alors qu\u2019en \u00e9t\u00e9 elle extrait la chaleur de la maison pour la retourner \u00e0 la terre.\r\n\r\n\u00c9cologique, la g\u00e9othermie puise une \u00e9nergie renouvelable et r\u00e9duit ainsi l\u2019utilisation des combustibles fossiles : une solution ing\u00e9nieuse en vue de la r\u00e9duction du r\u00e9chauffement de la terre et la protection de notre environnement. La boucle verticale repr\u00e9sente la meilleure solution pour les terrains de superficie moyenne. Des trous sont for\u00e9s dans le sol pour y ins\u00e9rer deux longueurs de tuyaux r\u00e9unies par un raccord en U.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n\n \n

\n Boucle Horizontale <\/h4>\n \n
\n

On utilise les boucles horizontales lorsqu\u2019on dispose d\u2019un terrain ad\u00e9quat. On creuse une ou plusieurs tranch\u00e9es dans le sol au moyen d\u2019une r\u00e9trocaveuse ou d\u2019une excavatrice \u00e0 godets. On y pose les tuyaux de poly\u00e9thyl\u00e8ne et on comble les tranch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n\n \n

\n Boucle d\u2019\u00e9tang <\/h4>\n \n
\n

Ce type de boucle convient lorsque la maison se situe \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 d\u2019un plan d\u2019eau de dimension suffisante. On installe au fond du plan d\u2019eau une s\u00e9rie de serpentins reli\u00e9s \u00e0 la canalisation d\u2019alimentation et de retour qui conduit \u00e0 la maison<\/p>\n <\/div>\n \n <\/div>\n\n\n \n

\n Boucle ouverte <\/h4>\n \n
\n

La boucle ouverte est utilis\u00e9e lorsqu\u2019on dispose d\u2019une abondante source d\u2019eau de puits de qualit\u00e9.
